Dear Parent/Carer,

It is incredible to believe that we have completed the first half term of this academic
year. Whilst is has been a different start to the year, it also has been fantastic and
positive to see pupils settle really well back into school life.

Transport and pick-up times have generally been working well, however over the last
couple of weeks, there seems to be increasing congestion at the end of the day, which
makes social distancing difficult. Therefore, can I please remind parents that pupils
should be picked up at the following times. Once you have collected your child, can I
ask that parents then leave the site promptly.

Buses arrive from 2.55 pm – pick up from 3pm
2:40 – 2.50 pm Parent Pick up for Key Stage 1
(Apple and Chestnut)

2.50 – 3.00 pm Parent Pick up for Primary Key Stage 2
(Oak, Rowan, Willow, Birch, Yew, Beech Sycamore, Hawthorn)

3.00 – 3.10 pm Parent Pick up for Secondary Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4
(Year 7- Year 11)

I would like to thank all parents and carers for your support over this half term. It has
been very much appreciated by myself, Governors and all staff and I look forward to
welcoming the children back to school on Monday 2nd November.

Best wishes

Helen Ball
